NFT #0315 Bag Chase embodies a black girl hustler and video game character from my imagination. It bridges a physical fine art piece with the metaverse and the world of NFTs that is becoming increasingly popular. 

This piece is about me keeping up with the art world. Initially, this painting was meant to dig at NFTs and the relevancy of physical art. Then, it became a remarkable bridge between the two worlds and questions how art will look in the future. Is the future of art NFTs? Will physical art become obsolete? Will this new venture be something that black will be apart of? 

I created this physical painting with thick impasto texture and incorporated found objects that are blended into the paint. Some things are beads and random jewelry pieces or pieces of wire. The eyes are iridescent and change colors as you move around the painting. The sights, words, and black lines are glazed over with resin for a glass-like shiny look.

This piece can come in my signature bubble frames in any of the colors within the painting. Your frame will be 100% handmade by me and of the utmost professional materials and quality.
